No. 18 is a highly desirable boutique-style apartment for those of you looking for comfort, lots of space and the added treat of a heated swimming pool for all guests. The apartment is in one of the most recently renovated properties in Chantemerle – the Adret, just 350 metres from the chair lift and cable cars. Expect modern equipment and furnishings, warmth and convenience from this property.
A lift brings you up from the underground parking area directly to the apartment floor. Enter the spacious lounge with a mix of bright and warm colours, a long sleek kitchen with everything you’d expect for a modern self-catered apartment, plus dining table for six people. Take in views of Prorel, the residence grounds and a glimpse of the Luc Alphand black run from the sunny, south-facing balcony.
The master bedroom is a double with king-size bed and private balcony. On the same floor is a twin bedroom and bathroom with bath. An attractive larchwood staircase takes you up into the loft space where there’s a large open mezzanine bedroom with four singles, a balcony with great views of the pistes and a private bathroom.
The private spa for residents features an outdoor heated pool which is open from 11:00 – 19:00 daily plus various relaxation areas, and is just metres from the Adret private bar where you can also take breakfast at an additional cost. The centre of Chantemerle – the heart of Serre Chevalier – is just two minutes walk away from the Adret residence where you’ll find gift and souvenir shops, a chemist, hairdresser, supermarket, bakery and other convenience stores. The free ski bus stops just 200 metres from the residence and will take you to the other Serre Chevalier sectors Villeneuve/Le Bez, Monêtier (try the beautiful thermal spa) and Briançon.

The beautiful Cité Vauban (the old town of Briançon), a short drive from the apartment, is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will happily book one of its restaurants for you e.g. Lou Grand Caire, or Le Passé Simple. You can walk leisurely around the fortifications and the magnificent Collegiale church and, during the day, the main cobbled street provides entertainment and a multitude of shops and cafés.
