No. 33 is a chic, well-designed studio apartment with a difference – the living space can be separated from the spacious bedroom with the smoked-glass sliding door. This is a cool and convenient pad for a couple, or for two couples when making additional use of the double maxi-sofabed in the lounge area.
The apartment is in one of the most recently renovated properties in Chantemerle – the Adret, just 350 metres from the chair lift and cable cars. Expect modern equipment and furnishings, warmth and convenience from this property.
A lift brings you up from the underground parking area directly to the apartment floor. Enter the studio and you’re greeted with bright warm colours and sleek black finishes. Plenty of storage is immediately available. The bathroom has a bath and shower, adorned with polished tiles and heated floor (during the winter).
The kitchenette is fully-equipped and extremely modern and is set back from the living and dining space leaving enough room for four friends to spend their evenings watching a good film and chatting about their day in the mountains!
The private spa for residents features an outdoor heated pool which is open from 11:00 – 19:00 daily plus a small sauna (for two people), and is just metres from the Adret private bar where you can also take breakfast at an additional cost. The centre of Chantemerle – the heart of Serre Chevalier – is two minutes walk from the Adret residence where you’ll find gift and souvenir shops, a chemist, hairdresser, supermarket, bakery and other convenience stores. The free ski bus stops just 200 metres from the residence and will take you to the other Serre Chevalier sectors Villeneuve/Le Bez, Monêtier (try the beautiful thermal spa) and Briançon.

The beautiful Cité Vauban (the old town of Briançon), a short drive from the apartment, is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will happily book one of its restaurants for you e.g. Lou Grand Caire, or Le Passé Simple. You can walk leisurely around the fortifications and the magnificent Collegiale church and, during the day, the main cobbled street provides entertainment and a multitude of shops and cafés.
