I’m really excited to be offering this beautiful three bedroomed modern apartment (each with its own private bathroom) located just minutes from the Fréjus bubble, Casse de Boeuf chair lift, and nursery slopes.
Catherine is on the top floor and under the eaves of a recently-built residence named Hiver (winter in French); there is a lift if your legs are weary. From every window and the large balcony you have views of open fields, mountains, pistes and the old village of Le Bez (Villeneuve).
Within 25 metres you’ll find ski hire shops, restaurants, a bank and a pizza takeaway outlet. Walk a further 50 metres and you will find yourself in Villeneuve’s busy tourist centre; supermarket, bars, restaurants, the main Serre Chevalier Tourist Office and lots of convenient amenities are just a stone’s throw away.
On the first floor of the apartment there is a fantastic kit-room, exceptionally equipped and furnished open-plan kitchen and living area, two balconies, private dining area for eight, and a double bedroom (sofabed) with ensuite bathroom. The latter can also be used as a TV room (with DVD) and/or a study.
There are a further two bedrooms upstairs so six guests can sleep very comfortably and privately in this apartment. The double master bedroom has a roomy ensuite bathroom, and there’s a double (or twin) bedroom with an independent shower room just next to it.
Catherine ideally suits three couples or a family – parents, two children and grandparents, for example. It offers a home-from-home with everything you need. You have a garage and a private parking space at your disposal.

The beautiful Cité Vauban (the old town of Briançon), a short drive from the apartment, is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will happily book one of its restaurants for you e.g. Lou Grand Caire, or Le Passé Simple. You can walk leisurely around the fortifications and the magnificent Collegiale church and, during the day, the main cobbled street provides entertainment and a multitude of shops and cafés.
