What can I say? This is one of the most desirable apartments in Le Monêtier les Bains, Serre Chevalier 1500. If you’re looking for a stylish place to stay for up to six people, which is convenient for both the skiing and village amenities, which has lots of space, fabulous views of the pistes and a private spa for all residents, then this is it.
Standing on the top-floor balcony, you have a sense of being literally on the pistes. Cast your eyes over the beginners’ areas and the Bachas and Aya chairlifts at 1500 metres, then if you look up you can watch skiers and boarders zooming down the blue and red runs to the bottom of the ski area – you can even see right up to the Neyzets peak at 2800+ metres!
La Guisane is designed for six maximum – with lots of space. All bedrooms have twin-beds (two have balconies) and fantastic views. There are two separate bathrooms, both with showers and one with a bath.
A small group of friends, three couples, one or even two families will find La Guisane a very special place to stay. You have all the mod-cons you need for a mix of comfort and luxury, including a flat-screen TV, DVD player, wifi, CD player and fully-equipped kitchen.
Built on top of Le Monêtier les Bains original thermal spas, the residence boasts its own private spa pool with saunas and steam rooms, available to all guests at no charge.

The beautiful Cité Vauban (the old town of Briançon), a short drive from the apartment, is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will happily book one of its restaurants for you e.g. Lou Grand Caire, or Le Passé Simple. You can walk leisurely around the fortifications and the magnificent Collegiale church and, during the day, the main cobbled street provides entertainment and a multitude of shops and cafés.
