EurekaSKI Ltd - Booking Conditions

All payments for coaching must be made in full when booking via credit/debit card, BACS (direct bank transfer) or cheque. Payments are in Sterling (GBP). Credit card payments incur a 2% handling fee.

Refunds won't be given to those who fail to attend.

We cannot be held responsible for conditions outside our control e.g. restrictive weather or closure of lifts and pistes. Where we are unable to provide coaching, we will not issue refunds although we are happy to write to insurance companies.

Should your instructor fall ill or be injured we will first endeavour to arrange alternative tuition, failing that we will offer a full refund.

Three people are required to run any course [four in the case of adult beginner courses and children's courses]. In the case of insufficient numbers, you can choose to convert your paid money into personal coaching or get a full refund.

If you are late arriving at your meeting point, please telephone our in-resort mobile on 0033 (0)6 79 46 24 84 so that we can help you meet with your instructor.

Prices are correct as of 17.09.07 but may be liable to change at any time.

Cancellations:

31+ days before tuition: full refund.
11-30 days before tuition: 25% charge.
10 or less days before tuition: 100% charge.
